Residential and Commercial Services

1. Trip Charge

   $50

   Charge to compensate for travel time, gas, and wear on vehicles. Applicable for appointments outside of 1 hour from Lafayette Indiana.

2. Chimney Inspection
   Level 1: $150 Level 2: $250 Level 3: +$500

   Level 1: Basic, visual inspection of readily accessible areas. Routine and low-cost.

   Level 2: Detailed inspection, including the use of cameras and access to less visible areas. More comprehensive and used for changes or concerns.

   Level 3: Thorough and invasive inspection, often involving removal of parts of the chimney or surrounding structure to fully assess severe issues.

   
   A thorough examination of your chimney to assess its condition and identify any potential issues. Includes a detailed report with recommendations. Meets or exceeds NFPA211 Standards of Care.

   *Additional Level 1 Inspection on same property $75

3. Chimney Sweeping
   w/ full Level 1 enhanced inspection $300
   Professional cleaning to remove soot, creosote, and debris from your chimney to ensure efficient operation. Includes 360 video inspection inside the flue system and a detailed report with recommendations. Access to Roof, Attic, and/or Basement/Crawlspace required where applicable.

   *Each additional sweep & inspection on same property: $100

   *Gas Fireplace Refurbish Materials: additional $30 to the service

4. Dryer Vent Cleaning
   $150
   Cleaning of your dryer vent system to prevent lint buildup, reduce fire hazards, and improve dryer efficiency.

5. Gas Appliance Venting
   Initial visit +$150
   Inspection and maintenance of venting systems for gas appliances to ensure safe operation and prevent gaseous leaks. Free estimates with inspection required.

6. Fireplace Restoration and Replacement
   * Requires initial sweep of $300
   Restoration of existing fireplaces or replacement with a new unit. Includes assessment, removal of old components, and installation of a new fireplace.

7. Small Masonry Work

   * Requires Level 1 inspection: $150
   Repairs and minor masonry work on your chimney, such as fixing cracks, replacing bricks, mortar repair, small chimney rebuilding, crown replacement, stonework etc.

8. Chimney Relining and Replacement

   * Requires initial sweep of $300
   Installation of a new chimney liner or replacement of an existing liner to improve safety and efficiency.

9. Cap and Damper Replacement
   Basic Cap Replacement: Cost of cap + $50
   Basic Damper Replacement: Cost of damper + $75
   Installation of a new chimney cap to prevent rain, debris, and animals from entering, and replacement of the damper to improve draft and energy efficiency. With custom orders there will be additional cost.

10. Pressure Washing Services

    Starting at $200

    Initial inspection required. Pressure washing services designed to clean and enhance the appearance of your chimney and surrounding areas. Pressure washing is an effective way to remove dirt, grime, moss, and other buildup that can affect the appearance and longevity of your chimney and home exterior.

11. Chimney Sweep Wedding Appearance
    $100
    A unique service where our professional chimney sweep will make a special appearance at weddings or events, complete with our traditional attire, to add a touch of charm and a memorable experience.
